For years, I put EVERYONE and EVERYTHING ahead of me. I have let my own health and self-care go as well as my fitness. I don’t like the way I feel and I’m ashamed I’ve let it get this far.

I know what I need to do. I consider myself reasonably smart--most things in my life I have done well. I have tried to do things for me before, but it’s hard to feel like you’re making progress when you are doing ALL the things. I want something different.

A part of me feels ashamed--I don’t want to be seen as someone that fails at THIS. I mean, taking care of me shouldn’t be THAT HARD.

My body aches some days because it’s hard for me to be consistent with any activity. My weight is up and down, and a part of me thinks I should just accept being out of shape and overweight. I find I don’t recover as well and it steals my motivation.

I try to do some things, but I quickly figure out its just TOO MUCH WORK. It’s hard to do this, and I don’t know exactly how to do it. I want to do things that are EASY because I just want to FEEL better. How hard can that be?

And I want TIME for ME. Because I never get it.

Time to think. Time to just BE. And Time to find what works for ME again.

I would LOVE to have the ENERGY levels I desire, so I can ENJOY the second half of my life.

I want to do better for ME, so I can LIVE the life I want with those that mean the most to me.

I want to say YES to me and to MY life.

Is this you? Does this sound at ALL familiar?

You know you need to take better care of you--you’ve been told that a thousand times over.

You say YES easily to others and commitments because you’ll see that through. And somewhere in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you just get LOST. You can’t see your way out of the weeds when you are stuck in your current environment… constantly being reminded of all the things you do.

Saying YES to you? You want to. But you just Can’t. Not like you want.

Work. Meetings. The Family. The kids and grandkids. More meetings and activities. All the commitments. All the THINGS.

It’s hard to see a new way when all you see is what is in front of you.

And sometimes you just need a break. The stress of it all is so hard on you. Physically. Mentally. Emotionally. Spiritually.

You find it hard to simply disconnect and ‘turn your brain off’ because you are too busy being cruise director, event planner, coordinator and all the other hats you wear EVERY DAY.

And to get the BREAK you so desperately and deservedly need requires spending some time out of your regular routine to help give you a break and do something for YOU!

So you can get unstuck. And find a NEW way forward.

And stop MISSING OUT on your life the way YOU want it.

You know, life is short. And you know you WANT something different.

So what if I told you that there IS a solution that can CHANGE all of this for you?

Our retreats are JUST THAT.

A NEW OPPORTUNITY to finally find your way FORWARD.

What Our Participants Say

"I wanted to come on this retreat because I felt stuck. I wanted a chance to start new. I knew I owed it to myself to work on a plan that can work for me.

Key West was that chance for me. Now I'm ready to get on with the rest of my life and work on things that serve me, so I can live my life."

-CU in the Keys Retreat Participant

"I love the idea of getting recharged on my health and fitness as well as relax and have downtime. It's difficult to do both at home, so getting away just makes it that much better. The small group interaction we have in Key West just makes it. Just what I needed!"

-CU in the Keys Retreat Participant

"I struggle with getting time for me at home between work and family life. I was able to not just have time for me to relax and recharge, but I came away with some plans for me to move forward. Sometimes you don't know what you need until you are able to get some clarity. Joyful experience!"
